Il Pg Fuzio ha quindi chiesto alle Sezioni unite di dichiarare inammissibile il ricorso del Codacons contro il via libera al referendum costituzionale del 4 dicembre. \u00a0Non solo Fuzio ha anche precisato che &#8220;in\u00a0base al suo statuto, il Codacons agisce in rappresentanza dei consumatori e degli utenti, non degli elettori&#8221;, e quindi non ha &#8220;legittimazione&#8221; ad occuparsi di questa materia. \u00a0A parere di Fuzio le ordinanze finora emesse dall&#8217;Ufficio centrale del referendum sono legittime.<\/p>\n<p>La Cassazione a Sezioni unite si pronuncer\u00e0
