Tali gravi carenze degli atti introduttivi non mettono la Corte in condizione di deliberare sul merito delle questioni. Perci\u00f2 ne \u00e8 stata dichiarata l\u2019inammissibilit\u00e0<\/em>\u201d. <!--more-->Con questo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cortecostituzionale.it\/documenti\/comunicatistampa\/CC_CS_20171212171816.pdf\">comunicato<\/a> (del 12 dicembre) la Corte ha liquidato i ricorsi di cui abbiamo dato conto in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lacostituzione.info\/index.php\/2017\/12\/07\/un-caso-interessante-alla-corte-puo-un-deputato-ricorrere-contro-il-modo-di-procedere-della-camera-di-appartenenza\/\">Un caso interessante alla Corte: pu\u00f2 un deputato ricorrere contro il modo di procedere della Camera di appartenenza?<\/a> L\u2019ordinanza \u00e8 stata depositata il 21 dicembre (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cortecostituzionale.it\/actionSchedaPronuncia.do?anno=2017&amp;numero=280\">ord. 280\/2017<\/a>), ma nella motivazione non si\u00a0dice nulla di nuovo in merito alla legittimazione dei parlamentari a far valere il rispetto delle regole nel corso del procedimento legislativo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cNessuno dei tre ricorsi individua in modo chiaro e univoco n\u00e9 la qualit\u00e0 in cui i ricorrenti si rivolgono alla Corte n\u00e9 le competenze eventualmente lese n\u00e9 l\u2019atto impugnato.
